Why Satvik Avaas
The name is deliberate. Satvik means pure or principled. Avaas means a dwelling. Together they describe what the firm is meant to be: a sound place for what a family has built to live.
In practice that means refusing the ordinary structure of this industry, where protection sits with one agent, investments with another and property with a third, and no single person is answerable for the whole. We hold all three, and we answer for all three.
